All of a sudden this becomes what I like to call “synergetic empathy”… it’s now a two way street. You understand them, they understand you, and you have everything you need for effective communication, and authentic connection, and powerful transformation.
It also helps because you’ll know if you’re reaching the right audience, with the right language, and doing it the right way.
People will naturally gravitate toward you and say “yes” to what you offer (vs. you having to chase after them).
I’d say that’s a pretty good deal for being authentic and sharing stories.
